Caroline leads on compliance and deal sourcing, bringing a strong commercial focus and a detail-driven approach to structuring property opportunities.
Before moving into property, she built a career in marketing, sales and project management, overseeing projects up to £350,000 and departmental budgets of £8 million. She now applies that commercial discipline to deliver well-structured, high-quality opportunities.
Nigel - Co-Founder & MD
Nigel brings extensive commercial experience to Alchemist Developments, leading on relationships, strategy and deal execution.
He has worked across startups and global organisations, building strong partnerships and delivering growth across industries including property development, aviation and technology. His focus is on securing opportunities, improving profitability and creating long-term, sustainable relationships.
