Investment opportunities
Investment opportunities are available to high net worth and sophisticated investors only.
We introduce investors to a network of trusted developers offering both hands-off and “earn and learn” opportunities, typically structured with returns realised at the end of the project.
Alchemist Developments acts solely as an introducer. Investors engage directly with developers, with investments structured under Legal Loan Agreements governed by English law.
As with any investment, capital is at risk and investors should ensure they fully understand the opportunity before proceeding.
