We offer healthy returns
We use local expertise and resources to deliver our projects on time and to budget. We concentrate on Gloucestershire, where we have lived for 25 years. We work on both residential and commercial projects.
How we work with investors
We offer investment for a minimum of six months, but investments ordinarily run for a 12-month period. We use investor money to purchase and develop properties, and at the end of a project, money is returned with healthy interest when a property is revalued and sold.
How safe is investor money?
Loaned capital is protected by a Legal Loan Agreement that we both sign and that is subject to English law. However, you should be aware that, as with any investment, there is an element of risk.
