Investments with developers
Investment opportunities are available to high net wealth or sophisticated investors only.
We can introduce trusted developers who offer "earn and learn" schemes or hands-off investments with competitive returns, generally rolled up and paid out at the end of the project.
Alchemist Developments merely acts as the introducer, and investors deal directly with the developers, who will protect investor capital through a Legal Loan Agreement that is subject to English law.
Be aware that, as with any investment, there is an element of risk.
Commercial properties with 8.5% to 9.5% yields
